How to Use Our Kiosk: A Simple Step-by-Step Guide
At Meet Fresh, our goal is to provide our customers with a fast and easy ordering experience. Need help ordering from our kiosk? Check out this step-by-step guide.
*Our Kiosk Screen is the same as a smartphone; tap gently to make a selection.
✅ Step 1: Select if you are a Member or a Guest.
✅ Step 2: Enter your phone number
Members: Enter your phone number or scan the barcode on the Meet Fresh app to earn points and receive a message when your order is ready.
Guests: Enter your phone number to receive a text message when your order is ready.
✅ Step 3: Choose your Items
✅ Step 4: Select the required Sugar or Ice Level and any Additional Toppings
Make sure to check the allergens and item description
✅ Step 5: Select to Redeem Points or Checkout
This is your final opportunity to redeem your points and review your cart, so please make sure everything is correct before proceeding.
✅ Step 6: Select Payment Method
✅ Step 7: Insert Payment method
Credit/Debit Gift Card/Meet Fresh Account
If you choose CREDIT/DEBIT, insert the card or tap to pay.
If you choose Gift Card, scan the barcode on the back of your gift card.
If you want to pay with Meet Fresh credit, scan your barcode on the Meet Fresh app.
✅ Step 8: Select how the Receipt is Printed
You can scan the QR code to receive a digital receipt, or you can choose to receive a printed receipt instead. The receipt is only available in one format, so you must choose either the digital version or the printed version.
✅Step 9: All Done!
You will receive your order number on your receipt and on the screen.
